SCC’s Visual Communications Division

SCC’s Visual Communications Division was established in 2002. Over the last 17 years we have evolved to become a significant collaborative solution provider responsible for the delivery and support of a wide variety of collaboration, audio-visual, videoconferencing and digital media solutions to a new and existing customer base.

To further enhance our capabilities, in 2018 SCC acquired a significant stake in communication and collaboration solutions provider, avsnet, underlining SCC’s ongoing intent to be a significant player in the visual communications and collaboration space. Sitting within the SCC group, this move will merge SCC’s long-standing audio visual (AV) business with avsnet’s specialisations to form ‘SCC Collaboration’.

Avsnet had built a reputation as market-leader in innovative, creative, tailored solutions. Their experienced and knowledgeable team created long-term partnerships that delivered real business benefits. The move created an entity that is unique to any other AV integrator. SCC Collaboration has the ability to leverage SCC’s broad range of IT capabilities to provide customers with true end to end solutions.
SCC Collaboration provide a complete portfolio of services from audio visual design through supply, installation, commissioning and programming as well as video conferencing and collaborative solutions including cloud based and as-a-service models.

Our portfolio of services spans from supply through to fully managed services, infrastructure optimisation, unified communications and Data Centre services. We have built up an impressive list of clients including the BBC, GOSH, HMRC, Office of National Statistics, OFWAT, Department of Work and Pensions , TUI and TalkTalk, among many others.

SCC Collaboration

SCC Collaboration is responsible for the delivery of a wide variety of Collaboration, AV, video conferencing and digital media solutions. We specialise in the delivery of collaborative solutions and innovative multimedia system integration, this includes AV presentation systems, command centres, digital signage, IPTV, streaming media and video on demand.

Our extensive technical knowledge unites with a broad solution portfolio that includes unified communications, visual communications, managed services and an unrivalled understanding of the corporate network and the impact our solutions have on critical IT applications and services.

This is proven by our prestigious Cisco Master Collaboration accreditation, and Polycom’s Platinum Partner and RealPresence Services Specialist accreditation, making us the only solution provider in the UK to hold both certifications, clear evidence of our expertise in managing communications estates of any complexity.
