Convergence Summit North: avsnet Speaks About Collaboration Apps in Action

Last October we were invited to speak on an industry panel at Convergence Summit South on Collaboration Apps in Action, which proved an interesting discussion around the potential business benefits from collaborative technology.

A similar panel took place in March at the North edition of the event series, where Billy Haining, avsnet’s Sales Director, spoke about the business drivers behind effective workplace collaboration.

Following the event, Billy said, “It was great sharing and listening to people’s thoughts and views around the collaboration application space and how partners can continue to be profitable in this space. It was also a pleasure being a panellist with Graham Harris from Daisy and Tim Stone from Polycom.”

As we have outlined previously, successful business collaboration is only possible when staff have access to a flexible work environment, easy-to-use tools and most of all, the freedom to change how they work. This freedom to work whenever, wherever is crucial to creating a more productive workforce and raising your business’s competitive advantage.
