FEATURED STORIES

Helping the Canal & River Trust ‘make life better by water’

SCC regularly take part in volunteering days cleaning up a stretch of the Birmingham canal, picking up litter, clearing the pathways of overgrown vegetation and re-painting signs for our long-standing partner and customer the Canal & River Trust. Volunteer work like this is vital for the Canal & River Trust in their mission to ‘make life better by water’.

Channel Edge talks to Rohima Begum from SCC about race, gender and disability, using her own experiences of the ‘3 Degrees of Marginalisation’ to explain the commercial and personal impact of diversity in business.
